These lovely units can be combined as modular units to shape nightstands that range from a simple single drawer unit to configurations with multiple drawers. Depending on the style of your bedroom, its size and the shelf space that you need, you can pick a 3- or 4-drawer Andy unit as well. A set of shelves and mobile drawers is an alternative to the cabinet, having the advantage that it can be moved anywhere in the house, whenever you want. Compared to a classic wardrobe, this set also provides a quick and easy way to store things as it doesn’t come with doors.

Much like the bibliophiles who needs plenty of space next to their bed (and then some more), there are many of us who simply cannot work with a tiny bedside table that offers limited surface space. The classic nightstand with a couple of drawers is still as cool as ever and many fabulous designs like the MEMO Night table from Baxter also bring along with them a dash of sculptural beauty. Be it the round nightstand, a mirrored beauty with plenty of glam, one that is draped in golden glitz or mismatched nightstands for the couple who have different needs – the bedside table you pick is determined as much by the style of the bedroom as it is by functionality.

Let’s not forget the practicality and visual appeal of a pot rack. Wall-mounted pot racks add visual interest and keep cookware in easy-to-reach locations. A dash of stainless steel is the perfect touch in this modern white kitchen.

Mixing different metals is a relatively new phenomenon both in the world of interior design and fashion. Once dubbed ungainly and unnecessary, it has been revitalized by smart kitchen designers bringing together gorgeous brass and copper finishes along with brighter and cooler metals like stainless steel and nickel to offer the very best of both worlds. This infusion of more than one metal in the kitchen can be done in a subtle yet striking fashion by using antiqued bronze pulls, bold copper pendants and even a stainless steel backsplash all in one elegant, unique space.

A first idea would be that you can replace the classic nightstands with shelves, thus capitalizing on height space. You can custom build them so that the lower part takes over the role and appearance of what they replace. And now you will need a closet. One that is as big as possible so that you don’t lose any wall surface. But it’s not that easy. Given your room’s form, you may not have an entire wall for that wardrobe. That’s why you should consider having the drawer in front of the bed (unlike the usual — sideways). You can even fit in your TV set. If that’s not an option as well, how about a TV stand with drawers? It’s probably the best solution.
